I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Maverick xlt from this dealership. I drove all the way to Newmarket from Ajax just because of this specific color of Maverick. My experience dealing with Kayla who is their Customer Service Manager, was exceptional. She was prompt in responding to my inquiries, very friendly and warm. She’s the type of person who you want to deal with as she has all the qualities of an excellent Customer Care Manager. I also want to thank Mel who showed me the vehicle and answered my questions. I did not feel pressured by any means. He even delivered my new ride to my house! Thank you, Mel. I also met his manager, Brian who let me test drove his demo hybrid model. He’s also very friendly. I really had a pleasant experience with this dealership. Thank you all.
